Is NexaEuro a licensed recruiting agency in Bangladesh?
No. NexaEuro Consult is not itself a licensed recruiting agency in Bangladesh. Where required, it works with licensed recruiting-agency partners for applicable recruitment and departure-compliance steps.

না। NexaEuro Consult নিজে বাংলাদেশের লাইসেন্সধারী recruiting agency নয়। প্রয়োজন হলে নিয়োগ ও departure-compliance ধাপে লাইসেন্সধারী partner-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করে।
Who can register as a candidate?
People who want their qualifications and experience assessed for suitable international workforce opportunities may register. Registration is not a job application approval or a guarantee of eligibility.
কারা candidate হিসেবে registration করতে পারবেন?
যাঁরা আন্তর্জাতিক কর্মসংস্থানের উপযুক্ত সুযোগের জন্য নিজেদের যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা মূল্যায়ন করাতে চান, তাঁরা নিবন্ধন করতে পারেন। Registration মানেই চাকরি বা eligibility নিশ্চিত নয়।
How are service fees determined?
Applicable service fees, stages and payment terms are explained in the candidate-specific service agreement or invoice before payment. Ask NexaEuro for written clarification if any item is unclear.

Does NexaEuro guarantee a job or work permit?
No. A job match is not a job offer, and neither employer selection nor a work permit, visa, salary or permanent residence is guaranteed. Employers and public authorities make their own decisions.
NexaEuro কি চাকরি বা work permit নিশ্চিত করে?
না। Job match মানেই job offer নয়। Employer selection, work permit, visa, salary বা permanent residence নিশ্চিত নয়। নিয়োগকর্তা ও সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ নিজস্ব সিদ্ধান্ত নেন।
Can a candidate apply from a country where they currently work?
Possibly. The relevant embassy or visa authority must accept applications from the candidate’s current lawful residence and for the relevant visa category. This must be checked case by case.
বিদেশে কর্মরত প্রার্থী বর্তমান দেশ থেকেই আবেদন করতে পারবেন?
সম্ভব হতে পারে। সংশ্লিষ্ট embassy বা visa authority-কে প্রার্থীর বর্তমান বৈধ residence ও visa category থেকে আবেদন গ্রহণ করতে হবে। প্রতিটি case আলাদাভাবে যাচাই করতে হবে।
What happens after an employer selects a candidate?
The next steps may include written offer review, employer-led work authorization, visa application and required compliance steps. Each stage depends on the employer, destination-country rules and the candidate’s circumstances.

Where can a candidate apply for a visa?
The correct application location depends on the destination country, visa category, lawful residence and consular jurisdiction. Confirm the current instructions with the responsible embassy or authorised visa service provider.
কোথা থেকে visa আবেদন করা যাবে?
এটি গন্তব্য দেশ, visa category, বৈধ residence ও consular jurisdiction-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। সংশ্লিষ্ট embassy বা অনুমোদিত visa service provider-এর বর্তমান নির্দেশনা যাচাই করুন।
What if the candidate returns to Bangladesh before departure?
Where Bangladesh BMET or other departure compliance applies, the required process may need to be coordinated through a licensed recruiting-agency partner. Applicable costs should be explained in advance.
যাত্রার আগে বাংলাদেশে ফিরলে কী হবে?
বাংলাদেশের BMET বা অন্য departure compliance প্রযোজ্য হলে licensed recruiting-agency partner-এর মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া সমন্বয় করতে হতে পারে। প্রযোজ্য খরচ আগে ব্যাখ্যা করতে হবে।
How is candidate information shared?
Relevant information may be shared with suitable verified employers and licensed partners for the stated recruitment service purpose. Private documents are handled at the appropriate stage and are not published in a public candidate pool.
Candidate-এর তথ্য কীভাবে share হয়?
নির্ধারিত recruitment service-এর জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য উপযুক্ত যাচাইকৃত employer ও licensed partner-এর সঙ্গে share হতে পারে। Private document প্রয়োজনীয় পর্যায়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়; public candidate pool-এ প্রকাশ করা হয় না।
How can I request account or data deletion?
Use the Account & Privacy section in the Candidate Portal when the deletion workflow is available, or contact NexaEuro through the Contact page. Some records may need limited retention where law requires it.
Account বা data deletion কীভাবে চাইব?
Deletion workflow চালু হলে Candidate Portal-এর Account & Privacy section ব্যবহার করুন, অথবা Contact page দিয়ে যোগাযোগ করুন। আইনগতভাবে প্রয়োজন হলে কিছু record সীমিতভাবে সংরক্ষণ করতে হতে পারে।
Can I log in after my account is deleted?
No. Once an account deletion is completed, login access is disabled. If a request is still being processed, follow the status instructions provided by NexaEuro.
