উপযুক্ত যাচাইকৃত নিয়োগকর্তা ও লাইসেন্সধারী নিয়োগ অংশীদার, শুধু আপনার চাওয়া সেবার প্রয়োজনে।

যা কখনো করি না

আমরা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। আপনার ডকুমেন্ট সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত তথ্য হিসেবে ধরা হয় না।

তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন, আপত্তি বা মুছে ফেলার বিষয়ে যেকোনো সময় জানতে চাইতে পারেন।

১. আমরা কী তথ্য ব্যবহার করি

প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা মূল্যায়ন এবং নিয়োগ ও আন্তর্জাতিক কর্মসংস্থান-সহায়তার জন্য NexaEuro Consult নিচের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে:

২. তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়

তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়:

নিবন্ধন ও profile মূল্যায়নে
e-CV প্রস্তুতিতে
নিয়োগ সমন্বয়ে
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে work permit, visa ও যাত্রা-সহায়তার ধাপে

৩. কারা তথ্য দেখতে পারে

নির্ধারিত সেবার জন্য প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য উপযুক্ত যাচাইকৃত নিয়োগকর্তা ও লাইসেন্সধারী নিয়োগ অংশীদারের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে। Passport, certificate ও অন্যান্য supporting document প্রয়োজনীয় পর্যায়ে ব্যবহৃত হবে। সাধারণ privacy notice-কে সব ধরনের ডকুমেন্ট প্রকাশের blanket অনুমতি ধরা হবে না।

৪. নিরাপত্তা

সিস্টেমে যেখানে সমর্থিত, সেখানে access control ও private storage ব্যবহার করা হয়। NexaEuro তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করে না।

৫. সেবার মেয়াদ ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ

সেবা-চুক্তি থাকলে NexaEuro staff চুক্তি activate করার সময় ১২ মাসের service term রেকর্ড করা হয়।
কার্যকর তারিখ ও renewal-এর ক্ষেত্রে signed service terms প্রযোজ্য হবে।
মেয়াদ শেষ হলে Candidate Pool-এ নতুন বিবেচনার জন্য profile আড়াল করা হয়। account বা record স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যায় না।
আইনগতভাবে প্রয়োজনীয় record retention মেয়াদ শেষের পরেও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৬. আপনার অধিকার ও সিদ্ধান্ত

প্রযোজ্য আইন ও সীমিত আইনগত সংরক্ষণ-দায়িত্ব সাপেক্ষে আপনি তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন, আপত্তি বা মুছে ফেলার বিষয়ে জানতে চাইতে পারেন।

সুবিধাটি চালু থাকলে Candidate Portal-এর Account & Privacy অংশ থেকে account মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করা যায়। অনুরোধটি ইমেইলে নিশ্চিত করতে হয়। চাইলে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগও করতে পারেন।

৭. কোনো ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা নেই

Job match মানেই job offer, work permit বা visa নয়। নিয়োগকর্তা ও সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ নিজস্ব সিদ্ধান্ত নেন। NexaEuro চাকরি, বেতন, permit, visa বা permanent residence-এর নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।

৮. যোগাযোগ ও হালনাগাদ

Privacy নিয়ে প্রশ্ন বা অভিযোগ থাকলে Contact page ব্যবহার করুন অথবা info@nexaeuro.com ঠিকানায় লিখুন। সেবা পরিচালনা বা প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম বদলালে এই নীতি হালনাগাদ হতে পারে।

Suitable verified employers and licensed recruitment partners, only for the service you asked for.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. Your documents are not treated as public information.

You can ask about access, correction, objection or deletion at any time.

1. Information we process

NexaEuro Consult processes the following information to assess suitability and coordinate recruitment and international mobility services:

identity and contact details
qualifications and work experience
CVs and documents you provide

2. How we use it

Information is used for:

registration and profile assessment
e-CV preparation
recruitment coordination
work-permit, visa and departure-support steps, where applicable

3. Who may see it

Relevant information may be shared with suitable verified employers and licensed recruitment partners for the stated service purpose. Passport, certificates and other supporting documents are handled at the appropriate stage. They are not treated as blanket-authorized public information.

4. Security

Access controls and private storage are used where supported by the platform. NexaEuro does not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Service term and record keeping

For accounts with a service contract, the 12-month service term is recorded when NexaEuro staff activate that contract.
The signed service terms and any renewal govern the applicable dates.
When the term expires, the candidate is hidden from new Candidate Pool consideration. The account and records are not deleted automatically.
Lawful record-retention requirements may continue after expiry.

6. Your choices

You may ask about access, correction, objection or deletion, subject to applicable law and limited legal retention duties.

Where the feature is available, you can request account deletion from the Account & Privacy section of the Candidate Portal. You confirm the request by email. You can also contact us.

7. No guaranteed outcome

A job match is not a job offer, work permit or visa. Employers and government authorities make their own decisions. NexaEuro does not guarantee employment, salary, permit approval, visa approval or permanent residence.
